Service Policies
GENERAL SERVICE POLICIES
These Service Policies apply to all products and services offered through our store, including but not limited to game hosting, Minecraft servers, VPS, dedicated servers, Discord bot hosting, Windows servers, web hosting, and any related services.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and performance, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, provider issues, network failures, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
RESOURCE ALLOCATION & FAIR USE
All services are subject to a Fair Use Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Excessive or abusive use of CPU, RAM, disk I/O, storage, bandwidth, or processes that negatively impact system stability or other customers may result in temporary or permanent limitations, throttling, or suspension of the service.
ABUSE & PROHIBITED USE
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content or activities
- Malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, or exploitation
- Copyright infringement
- Network abuse or excessive resource consumption
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or provider policies
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
- Monthly and recurring services must be paid before the due date.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service.
- Lifetime services are one-time payments and non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all services are non-refundable once provisioned.
Lifetime services, setup fees, upgrades, add-ons, and custom services are strictly non-refundable.
LIFETIME SERVICES
Lifetime services provide access to the service while the company and infrastructure remain operational.
Lifetime does not guarantee perpetual availability and is subject to Fair Use, provider availability, technical limitations, hardware lifecycle, and business continuity.
SERVICE OWNERSHIP & RESELLER DISCLOSURE
Some services offered through our platform are hosted on infrastructure owned and operated directly by us, including selected game servers, Minecraft hosting, Discord bot hosting, and Windows-based services.
Other services, including certain VPS and dedicated server offerings, are provided through trusted third-party infrastructure providers under reseller agreements.
For services hosted on third-party infrastructure:
- We do not own or directly operate the physical data centers or hardware.
- Service availability, performance, and uptime may depend partially on upstream providers.
- Outages, limitations, or changes caused by upstream providers are subject to these policies.
Regardless of ownership, we remain responsible for service management, provisioning, support, and operational coordination within the limits of the underlying infrastructure.
MAINTENANCE & MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, migrations, optimizations, hardware replacements, or service modifications at any time to ensure stability, security, and performance.
DATA & BACKUPS
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, software issues, user error, maintenance operations, or provider outages.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for violations of these policies, abuse, illegal activity, or actions that threaten system stability or security.
CHANGES TO POLICIES
These Service Policies may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
