LIFETIME SERVICE POLICY
Lifetime plans provide access to the service while the company and its infrastructure remain operational.
The term "Lifetime" does not imply perpetual availability or a lifetime guarantee for the customer, and it does not apply in cases of business closure, regulatory changes, provider failures, force majeure events, or technical decisions required to maintain service continuity.
FAIR USE POLICY
All Lifetime services are subject to a Fair Use Policy.
Excessive, abnormal, or abusive usage of CPU, RAM, storage, network bandwidth, I/O, or processes that negatively impact system stability or other clients may be automatically limited, adjusted, or restricted without prior notice.
CHANGES AND MAINTENANCE
We reserve the right to perform technical modifications, migrations, updates, optimizations, or service restructuring whenever necessary to ensure platform stability, security, and operational continuity.
SERVICE TERMINATION
Violation of our terms, abuse of the service, misuse, or any illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without any right to refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the duration of service usage.
LIMITED OFFER
Lifetime plans are special promotional offers, available in limited quantities, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
RESELLER DISCLOSURE
We operate as a reseller of VPS and dedicated server services, working with multiple infrastructure providers worldwide.
We continuously analyze the market to select the best available options in terms of performance, stability, and cost in order to offer competitive and reliable services to our clients.
As a reseller:
- We do not own or directly operate the physical data centers or hardware infrastructure.
- Service availability depends in part on third-party providers.
- Any outages, changes, or interruptions caused by upstream providers are subject to this policy.
Our commitment is to manage, optimize, and maintain the service to the best of our ability within existing technical and contractual limitations.
